No. For basic monitoring you only need the game title and its aliases. A Steam link can help with metadata and with identifying the correct title.
That depends on the platform and the plan. Some signals can be detected close to real time, while others come from scheduled refreshes.
Add aliases, studio-specific search phrases, and exclusion terms. You can edit them later if a false positive appears.
Yes. Paid subscriptions are managed in Stripe Customer Portal, and cancellation keeps access until the end of the paid period. Unused time is not normally refunded or credited except where required by law.
